Russell W. Williams, MD
Dr. Williams joined Stafford Primary Care at its inception in 1997, and has been a critical and caring part of our team ever since. He attended Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School graduating in 1975. He then proceeded to Flexible Internal Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed his family practice residency in Virginia in 1980. Dr. Williams has a compassion for his patients that comes across in every interaction with them. When he is not focusing on family medicine he enjoys spending his time in the great outdoors and on the water sailing and fishing. Dr Williams is available at the Stafford and Chatham Square Office Park Locations.
Natalie Van Hoven, FNP-C
Natalie initially joined Stafford Primary Care and Stafford Urgent Care when she was in high school working as a receptionist for both companies. She attended George Mason University for her B.S. in Nursing as well as her M.S. Nursing (in conjunction with George Washington University). Natalie stayed with Stafford Primary Care for her internship, and so it was only natural when the time came to work full time as a Nurse Practitioner that she would stay with Stafford Primary Care. Natalie spends her time outside of the office with her boys at wrestling matches, and spending time with her family. Natalie is available for telehealth and Chatham Square Office Park location.
Zachary Getz, FNP-C
Zachary is our newest team member, and is eager to work and settle down and grow in Stafford County, VA. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s in nursing from Misericordia University graduating with his Master's in 2020. He did clinical rotations in Family Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, Acute & Chronic Health, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics all of this to focus on his passion for long term whole family wellness. He enjoys spending his time outside playing team sports such as flag football and basketball. Zach is available for telehealth and the Stafford location.

Stephanie Clayton
Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, having done everything from patient care to back office management. These skills and experience make her the perfect person to manage both Stafford Urgent Care and Stafford Primary Care with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction. One of her goals while with Stafford Primary Care and Stafford Urgent Care is to further acceptance and the embracement of our community of patients who have long term medical needs and ensuring they receive the care and dignity available. To relax after a day in the office she bakes with her family, and enjoys interior design.
Kell & Rosary Hoovler
Kell & Rosary saw a need in their community in 1996, for more doctors and for patients to have access to same day care without having to go to the Emergency Room. With over 30 years of operations management and medical office experience, they bring the knowledge and expertise of running a compassionate and efficient business. Having raised their children in the community and given back to local school sports over the years, they look forward to continuing that tradition in the years to come with their grandchildren.

Our office would not be the same without all of the amazing staff we have that support all of our daily activities and you. These are the smiling faces that great you when you walk through the door, and help you get setup to meet with your providers. Nurses and Techs who check in with you before you see a provider to ensure you are heard and cared for. We know that we have the best staff in the business and you will too when you experience their professionalism and compassion.
